I started making furniture for my own use over 20 years ago. With the opportunity provided by retirement I have been able to spend more time making items and now sell to others who are interested in having individual pieces of high class furniture which include both traditional and modern design elements.
I focus particularly on tables, frequently including veneer, either of wood or copper. Patinated copper is available in a wide range of colors and patterns which I match with appropriate wood species and dyes. I use geometric designs in my work, sometimes based on mathematical principles, to create interesting designs of tilings or tessellations.
